How it works

A clear path — from referral to return home.

Every stay follows the same steady arc, built to reduce fear at each step and keep everyone informed.

1

Referral & screening

A referral arrives from a hospital, CSB, clinician, school, or guardian. We screen every referral consistently — reviewing risk, history, and immediate safety needs.

2

Admission & stabilization

The young person is welcomed, oriented, and given an initial safety assessment and stabilization plan. Structured daily routines and clinical support begin right away.

3

Transition home

Discharge planning starts early — coordinating outpatient care, follow-up appointments, school re-entry, and crisis-prevention support for a safe return.
